Let’s visit your potential supplier

Online information may not answer all your questions. We check the business address and activities on site and observe production facilities. We review shared company information, accessible records and references, and report points to consider when assessing reliability.

Do the products meet your expectations?

We visit your factory or supplier and compare products with the order details, sample and expectations you share. We agree in advance on checks such as appearance, measurements, quantities, packaging and labels. We document differences with photos and flag anything that needs correcting.

How is your order progressing?

We follow up on completed production, outstanding work and issues that could affect delivery. We distinguish supplier statements from our on-site observations. This helps you monitor progress without travelling to Türkiye and review your plans if a delay becomes likely.

What will the report include?

Visit photos, products checked, differences identified, production status and follow-up tasks. We clearly note anything we could not check. This research is not a guarantee of reliability or a certified quality inspection; specialist support for products requiring specific tests is arranged separately.

Property research

Get a clearer picture of the property and its location before deciding.

Look beyond the listing

Listing photos of a home, commercial space or building do not show every detail. Where permission and access are available, we visit the property and share photos of its visible condition, entrance, common areas and features that could affect your use. We note observations such as damp marks, maintenance issues or access difficulties.

Does the location suit you?

We research distances to hospitals, schools, public transport and main roads. We consider walking and driving separately, noting that estimated times vary by route, time of day and traffic. We look at nearby amenities in light of your living or business priorities.

Safety and possible issues

We observe entrance controls, lighting, local activity and conditions at the time of the visit. We identify the sources of information we obtain. If there are visible cracks or other concerns, we flag the need to consider a specialist inspection. Observation alone cannot establish earthquake resistance or guarantee that an area is safe.

How does this help you?

You can spot differences between the listing and the situation on site, and ask the right questions before moving or buying. The report includes photos, distances, location advantages and points to consider. Title, planning status, valuation and structural safety require separate specialist checks. We do not broker property purchases, sales or rentals.

We research suitable manufacturers and sellers, gathering product options, minimum order quantities, prices and delivery terms. We make an initial assessment using company information, accessible references and shared documents. Samples or on-site visits can be arranged separately if needed.

How does purchasing work?

You can buy directly from your chosen supplier. Alternatively, we can help collect quotes, communicate about your order and coordinate the purchasing process. We agree in writing on actions taken on your behalf, payment arrangements, responsibilities and service fees beforehand. No order or payment is made without your approval.

What do you gain?

Instead of contacting companies one by one and requesting the same information repeatedly, you can decide using comparable options. The report includes supplier details, what quotes cover, delivery terms and unanswered questions. Preliminary research does not remove all commercial risks; product-specific documents and tests are assessed separately.
